REFUNDS POLICY

Medical Training Online Ltd Refund Policy refers to the purchase by a customer of a licence to access course materials available at the Fission Online website. Medical Training Online Ltd provides a reasonable period of access in which the customer must complete the course. Refunds will only be given if

  1. the customer notifies Medical Training Online Ltd within 24 hours of logging on to system that the chosen course does not meet their expectation in relation to the content, or
  2. Medical Training Online Ltd fails to make courses available to customers due to a failure of the delivery platform and equipment.

Refunds will be made firstly with the offer to supply access to the original or a course of equal value; if the customer does mot wish to accept a substitute course, a payment of cash equal to to cost of the licence, subject to point (2) of the Terms and Conditions above
